Baadhaus is located on a peninsula, directly in the historic centre of Traunkirchen. Casa Verde
Look forward to a lakeside view and a mountain panorama, which you can admire from the 19 m² patio of the apartment. Suitable for 2 people, you will find stylish and modern furnishings in an area of 63 m², with a box-spring bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, and comfortable lounge/diner, as well as cable and Sky television. The entrance to the wellness and sports area is on the same level.
Casa Arancione
This 65 m² apartment is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, offering space for 4 people. Whilst you while away the day, you can see Traunsee and Traunstein mountain from the 12 m² patio, which comes equipped with lounge furniture. Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds, and the kitchen is both stylish and functional. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. The living area invites you to relax, and it has both cable and Sky television. On the ground floor, the wellness and sports area is available for you to use.
Casa Viola
This 85 m² Baadhaus apartment offers you plenty of space. Also on the first floor, it is suitable for 4 people. Both bedrooms have box-spring beds, the high-quality kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom has both shower and bath. Via the spacious lounge/diner area, which includes cable and Sky television, you have access to the 12 m² patio, which offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the water. On the ground floor, the wellness and sports area is available for you to use.

The owner is a person with taste and perspective, who will always willingly help you make the most of your vacation here. If you want to be right in the center of the action and have everything Traunkirchen has to offer within easy reach, there is no better choice.

Brigitte2 Juni 2024Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Bergkulisse! ☺Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, direkt am See gelegen mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Absolut herzlicher Empfang durch unseren Gastgeber Josef, mit vielen tollen, hilfreichen Tipps, der jeder Zeit erreichbar war. Alle Räumlichkeiten im Baadhaus sind picobello sauber. Wellnessgenuss in der hauseigenen Sauna. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Ingo12 Mai 2024Perfekte Wohnung um den Traunsee kennenzulernen ☺Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und durchdacht. Gefreut haben wir uns besonders über die frischen Blumen auf dem Esstisch. Ebenso standen Wein und Bier im Kühlschrank für uns bereit. Vom großzügigen Balkon aus hat man sowohl Sicht auf die Berge als auch auf das touristische Treiben am See und am kleinen Seecafé (sehr nettes Personal - empfehlenswert sind insbesondere die Ersterhazyschnitte sowie die Linzer). Parken konnten wir dank einer Parkkarte, die uns sofort übergeben wurde, kostenlos auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Elektrobootverleihe befinden sich gleich am Seeufer und bis zur Schiffshaltestelle sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Durch die Lage von Traunkirchen sind sowohl Gmunden (Grünberg) als auch Ebensee (Feuerkogel) gut erreichbar, wenn man mit einer Seilbahn auf Berge möchte. Beide bieten eine wunderbare Aussicht.
Rikke Ravn Faber16 Juli 2024Perfekt beliggenhed med udsigt over søen og til bjergene. Dejlig lejlighed med gode senge, veludstyret køkken, masser af plads og ikke mindst en genial terrasse. Josef er en supergod vært - der var vin i køleskabet, friske blomster på bordet og vi fik mange gode forslag til ture. Så vi følte os med det samme hjemme og nød den lille afslappede by, dukkerter i søen og ture i naturen. Vi kommer gerne igen 😊

Christine Prenner28 Mai 2024Wir waren 6 Hochzeitsgäste und hatten die 2 Wohnungen Casa Viola und Casa Verde gebucht und haben das lange Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Angefangen von der äußerst freundlichen Begrüßung durch unseren Gastgeber Josef, die sehr geräumigen und hochwertig ausgestatteten Wohnungen bis zur optimalen Lage fast direkt am See waren wir alle begeistert und können das Baadhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Danke an Josef und das ganze Team!

Martin Holzner3 April 2023Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage im Baadhaus! Josef und seine Familie waren super hilfsbereit mit allem! Der hauseigene Fiat 500, die Tischtennisplatte, die E-Bikes und natürlich die Nähe zum See waren echt toll!
Fahad Alshehri12 November 2022It's one of the best places we have stayed in during our visit to Austria. Mr. Josef was very kind and supportive with us. The apartment was clean, comfort, and very well equipped. In addition, it's just in front of the lake (with limited lake view) and in between of couple of good restaurants and a nice bar. The apartment is built in a modern-smart design, with everything you may need as a traveler from washing machine till the beer opener. It's a place that you book it for two nights then you find yourself asking for extended nights just because you feel you are in your home. Many thanks Mr. Josef. Sincerely, Fahad from Saudi Arabia.
